Yes. Our jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver mixed with a small amount of other metals for strength and durability. This is the international standard for fine silver jewellery.

No. The sparkling white stones in our designs are cubic zirconia (CZ), a brilliant, durable stone that gives the look of diamonds at an affordable price. Coloured stones are described in each product's details.

These pieces are made in 925 sterling silver and finished with a layer of gold or rose gold plating for a warm tone. Two-tone and tri-colour pieces combine silver with plated sections. The metal and finish are mentioned in every product title and description.

Oxidised silver has an intentionally darkened, antique finish that highlights carvings and patterns. It is a design choice and should not be polished.

Yes. Our spiritual pendants are finished with natural Rudraksha beads. See our Jewellery Care Guide for how to look after them.

It depends on the design. Each pendant's description clearly says either Includes: pendant with chain or Chain not included. Pendant sets include the pendant and matching earrings.

Yes. Anklets and toe rings are sold as a pair of two, and kids kadas are sold in pairs. Bangle sets show the number of pieces in the title, for example "Set of 4" or "Pair".

Yes, all earrings are sold as one pair.

Yes, our photos show the actual designs. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Silver can naturally darken over time when exposed to air, moisture, perfume and chemicals. This is normal and easy to clean. Storing your jewellery in an airtight pouch and keeping it away from water and perfume helps it stay bright for longer.

Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and use mild soapy water and a silver polishing cloth for a deeper clean. Plated, oxidised, enamel and pearl pieces need extra gentle care. Read our full Jewellery Care Guide.

We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or using cleaning products to keep it looking its best.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, so please check the product details, photos and our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about a piece, contact us before you buy and we will be happy to help.
